Here's a little explanation about how to do the twirl. I think that it's also a variation on the handglide...but harder. In this move you hop on your hand in the handglide position, so that the hand that supports your weight actually comes off the ground. Now you're jumping around in circles.
Now try a spinning motion.
Get in the handglide position, and try to turn a little bit by lifting only your left hand. Sort of turn your hand from your wrist so that you're clearly turning.
Do this back & forth. After that you should try hopping up and down.
